My name is Charles T. Pratt, and I have been a Notary Public for more than twenty years. I am well-versed in Notarial Law and possess the unique ability of providing personalized face-to-face representation for your clients to enhance their confidence in your products and services.

I perform real estate closing services for first-time buyers, sellers, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and foreclosures. Additional services include identification, structured settlements, debt settlements, business verifications, loan modifications, and security clearance credentialing. I am a licensed Title Insurance Producer in the State of Maryland, a certified Trusted Enrollment Agent, a Department of Homeland Security E-Verifier, NNA background-screened, NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, former real estate agent and E&O insured.
